The decoration is caribbean refined, contemporary and warm in an authentic Creole house, facing the sea in the image of the team is friendly and professional. Here everything is "homemade" from raw and fresh products, fish & lobster from locals fishermens, gastronomic creations with local flavors accompanied by a nice wine list, rums and cocktails. A fine selection of starters and dishes from the sea alongside quality meats worked well. The desserts of Franck, the pastry chef are wonderfully gourmet. Zanzibar Restaurant is committed to an eco-responsible and social approach. Close to the market, sea view, private dinghy dock, 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches of southern Martinique. Nautical activities and scuba diving as well as visits are proposed on the commune of Marin, tourist guides are available in the restaurant.

Zanzibar Restaurant has been involved for 7 years in a voluntary environmental approach that reflects our values ​​and our commitment.

Through it, we want to make you aware of the impact of our actions and thus be an eco-friendly establishment.

We favor sustainable fishing as well as organic and local agriculture. We maximize food resources by using a circular economy system, make sure to use at least 95% fresh vegetables and make intelligent sorting.

The team is vigilant and fights against food waste, promotes short circuits and reduces the production of agro-food waste by efficiently using exhaustible resources, by working on all products. Residual waste is given to the hens or other domestic animals of the restaurant team.

We carry out selective sorting of our waste, use LED lighting, doggy-bags and bootle-bags are available to customers. We are actively looking for a distributor of ecological straws, do not hesitate to give us suggestions.

In particular, we buy from Ferme de l'Espoir, whose social rehabilitation team produces organic vegetables, and from Marjolait, whose cheese is the only local production on the island. Our fishermen, Mickaël, Laurent or Gérald practice a reasoned fishing and are respectful in our seabed, they release the young specimens and the full females.

We are in perpetual questioning and are attentive to the world around us.
